4/14/08 Individuals with Disabilities Education Act Notice of Procedural Safeguards, dated February 2008, this 38 page document replaces the "Rights of Children with Disabilities and Parent Responsibilities" (July 2005) and the shorter ABCs rights brochure as the parental rights document to offer at least annually at IEP meetings
