These templates are in Microsoft Word, version 6.0. The task analysis data sheets (TADS) are in Excel 5.0. If you have these versions or later on the computer you are connecting with, you can save the template to your hard drive, then modify it from there. You may have your browser already defaulted to save any Word documents to your "My Downloads" directory.

The 4 graphs Tennessee requires to quantify improvement (or not)
over 15 repetitions of an activity, you have to use one of these. The only difference between these and the ones in the teacher's manual is that the manual's page number has been removed (thanks to Andrea Wilson!)
