Meeting Day/Time Priorities

At the first meeting, once a month was suggested as the best frequency to meet. Please look through the following list of days of the week/time spans and rank order the best slot for you (#1) down to one you would never/hardly ever be able to make (#5). You can also write in (and include in the order) suggested slots not offered, but as we get into discussing issues, it’s time to settle on one meeting time for all so no conversations are second hand. Please return these to Jeff Romanczuk at the Trula Lawson Center along with the activities priority ranking. These were the times that came up the most on the SpEd PAC applications. If you are okay with any of them, don’t bother sending a reply. (Your child’s teacher can mail of fax them [453-3112] to me for free.) Thanks!
